Following yesterday’s announcement from the President on the country’s move to an adjusted Level 3, we want to ensure our guests that their safety is our top priority.
Since March, we’ve upgraded our already rigorous cleaning standards to the highest levels and we’ve been reviewing them monthly for your additional peace of mind.
We want to be as transparent as possible because we take our guests health seriously. Here’s what we’re doing to keep you and yours safe:
1. All of our cleaning staff members are in house employees. Before the start of each shift they are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and temperature. Any unwell staff members will be sent home.
2. Disposable gloves and masks are worn by our cleaners at all times. No ifs, ands or buts.
3. We use disposable cleaning towels where possible and all non disposable cleaning towels are laundered in between use.
4. We are only using SABS approved cleaning products throughout our Ulo properties.
5. All surfaces and frequent touch areas (buttons, remote controls) are disinfected before your arrival using SABS approved products.
6. It has always been our policy to remove all linen items, regardless of whether or not they appear to be used. All linens are laundered to rigorous standards at our commercial laundry partner.

If you or anyone in your group is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or feeling generally unwell, please let us know before your check out. There will be no additional charges but we have access to specialized equipment that can perform a deep cleaning and sterilization of the space.
We ask that guests wear masks in common areas for your safety and the safety of our community members.
Due to the adjusted L3 regulations focusing on gatherings, we won’t be allowing any unregistered visitors of guests at any of our properties.
